Conversation content. Messages you send to the RG Japan Property Concierge, and the assistant's replies, are stored so our team can understand and respond to your enquiry.

Contact information. Your name, email address, telephone or messaging identifier and country of residence, where you choose to provide them.

Property preferences and enquiry details. Purpose of purchase, preferred locations, property type, approximate budget range and intended timeframe, where you share them.

Technical and security information. Page addresses, referral source, campaign parameters, approximate language settings and a one-way hashed network identifier used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not retain raw IP addresses beyond what is operationally necessary.

We do not ask for passport numbers, identity documents, bank details, card details or payment information. Please do not send them through this website.

The concierge uses an AI language model to draft replies from Ready Group Japan's own approved reference material. Your message and the relevant approved content are sent to that model provider in order to generate a reply. The assistant does not provide legal, tax, financing, immigration or investment advice.

We also use third-party providers for website hosting, database services, email delivery and website analytics. These providers process information on our behalf. Analytics data is limited to non-identifying values — we do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message content or conversation identifiers to analytics.

Ready Group Japan K.K. is based in Tokyo, Japan. Our service providers may store or process information in other countries, including outside Japan. Where information is transferred internationally, we seek to use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

We keep enquiry and conversation records for as long as needed to respond to you, to maintain a record of our dealings, and to meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations applicable to a licensed Japanese real estate company. Rate-limiting records are short-lived and hashed. Where information is no longer needed, we aim to delete or anonymise it.

We apply access controls, encryption in transit and server-side validation to protect information. No website, transmission method or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive financial or identity documents through this website.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to withdraw contact or marketing consent, or to ask how your information has been used. We will respond in line with applicable Japanese data protection law and any other law that applies to you.
